It is at times strangely hilarious (if you actually imagine visually the unused food rotting inside while you sleep, for example), but entertaining while it secretly brainwashes you to have healthier habits. It is a great read for anyone who wants health, vitality, and long life. It uses colorful,unique descriptions of how the body restores itself. This inspires two habits that have been shown to improve health for many people in today's modern world: eating less and sleeping more.

He goes right along with the saying "if you change the way you look at things, the things you look at will change". We are all in control of our own lives.

4 of 4 people found the following review helpful. Great Book! By Jen Mac I love this book! It gives you a completely different approach to living well and eating better. I love the new/old ideas. We need to get back to paying attention to our bodies and stop stopping at the Golden Arches just because we drove by. Get back to working for our food. I love this approach to eating and using our own devices to listen to what our bodies are telling us. Great book!
