A funny memoir of falling in love, getting married, and moving aboard a boat. A young woman meets an amazing guy, falls in love, and they move in together. Straightforward enough, right? Except he lives on a boat—a 38-foot trawler, docked in Chicago. Their relationship is intensified by living in a tiny space, and by the never-ending quirks of the boat, who becomes a third party in the marriage. There are electrical failures, pump failures, big waves, and freezing winters . . . not to mention the attack goose. Felicia Schneiderhan has a fine literary sensibility and manages to be both funny and deeply serious in writing about boats and love and relationships. This book will delight any boater, or any land-dweller dreaming of escape. “Newlyweds Afloat is a love story between a woman, a man, and his boat. Felicia Schneiderhan recounts with humor and skill the story of her transformation from a Chicago apartment dweller to a newly married river rat on Chicago’s waterways. With an eye for the absurd, she reveals the ups and downs, joys and challenges, and day-to-day logistics of living aboard a 38-foot trawler named Mazurka—even in winter. Newlyweds Afloat is full of high-seas drama and flat water reflection plus cats and lots and lots of heart. I could not stop reading it.” —Julie Buckles, author of Paddling to Winter “Newlyweds Afloat is a wife’s story of learning to be the other woman, with a man who loves his boat. This detailed account takes an honest look at many of the difficulties of life aboard a trawler, and learning to love his boat as much as he does.” —Ed Robinson, author of Leap of Faith: Quit Your Job and Live on a Boat

Review “Newlyweds Afloat is a love story between a woman, a man, and his boat. I could not stop reading it.”—Julie Buckles, author of Paddling to Winter“Newlyweds Afloat is a wife’s story of learning to be the other woman, with a man who loves his boat. This detailed account takes an honest look at many of the difficulties of life aboard a trawler, and learning to love his boat as much as he does.”—Ed Robinson, author of Leap of Faith: Quit Your Job and Live on a Boat“You get drawn in because of her straightforward style. Won’t it be interesting to get hitched and live on a boat right away? Like marriage alone wasn’t a big enough life change. You get carried along into courtship and life on the water. It’s an adventure for the reader. Schneiderhan describes two transitions simultaneously: Single-life to married life, and landlubber to boat-dweller. You don’t even realize how much is happening at once. So, you’re reading and laughing and, whoa, wait a minute. That was a truth bomb. Suddenly, this book catches you by surprise and Schneiderhan makes some pretty courageous revelations. Sure the book is about relationships. And boats. And later about kids. You even come to see Mazurka as a character, and a sturdy one at that.”—Eric Chandler, author of Outside Duluth“It is quite a story. How they kept their marriage alive during all of the liveaboard crises I cannot imagine, but the story is inspiring about the need for tradeoffs, because Felicia gives such a wonderful picture of the positives.”—Libby Hill, author of The Chicago River: A Natural and Unnatural History

Newlyweds Afloat is the love story that happens after "I do By Betsy Green Newlyweds Afloat is the love story that happens after "I do," when a couple begins the real life challenges of building a life together. In this case, those challenges are exemplified by the unusual environment of living on a boat. It's not all smooth sailing (sorry), and the candor with which the author writes about the adjustments and adaptations she and her husband make in their new life together is refreshing.

3 of 3 people found the following review helpful. Adapt, Overcome, Improvise By Mark Child The book ostensibly (and beautifully) tells the story of an extraordinary courtship and the even more extraordinary life lived on the trawler, Mazurka: the floating home to Felicia and her husband Mark. There are stories of the practical nature on how to live in such small quarters, how to stay warm in the winter and the on-going, never ending cycle of repair and maintenance of the boat itself. Each of those stores is told with wit and a clear-eyed elegance that is the author's greatest gift. But this isn't really about life on a boat - though it takes place on a boat. It is about life itself, about challenging yourself to change, to adapt, overcome and improvise a new life. It is, of course, about love: a big love, an honest thing, and the trials and rewards of seeing where it might take you. If you can bear the last passage without believing in miracles, then no miracles will ever exist for you.I know nothing about boats. I know a little something about love and adventure. Reading this book has cracked that view a bit wider, with a generous spirit, inviting the reader in to take a place at the table to overhear this family's origin story . Buy this book and be rewarded with excellent company on your way.

Desperate for the resolution to a somewhat frightening story about her son falling in the water, I visited her blog to finish the segment. Then, I had another teaser from Amazon when I purchased the book... again, I couldn't wait to get my hands on the rest of the story. Finally got it in the mail and read it every chance I got while nursing my newborn and after putting my kids to bed. Felicia puts us right there on the boat and also lets us in to her beautiful, sensitive, observant mind.

The Resurrection of Rey Pescador, by Alfred Cedeno

About the Author Alfred Cedeno believes human beings are made of three parts: saint, sinner, and robot. He explores all three in his fiction. When he isn't writing fiction, he teaches English, watches Doctor Who with his wife, and plays the types of imaginary games that a father of toddler girls plays--that is to say he is often the king of a castle. His primary stories are about larger-than-life poet Rey Pescador, and his equally famous friends, The Genius Brigade. He began blogging about these characters in 2006. His novel, The Resurrection of Rey Pescador, chronicles Rey Pescador's search for meaning and adventure in a metal world that has forgotten both.  He thinks you should buy it right now.

7 of 7 people found the following review helpful. He'll Show You The Life Of The Mind By J.J. Brazel Alfred Cedeno's imaginative, dystopian novel is the story of Rey Pescador, a talented, playboy poet who struggles to find contentment and spiritual fulfillment in a technologically advanced but morally exhausted world. As much satirical as it is fantastical, The Resurrection of Rey Pescador parodies the deification of celebrity and wealth, and it challenges its readers to question the value of a prolonged physical existence at the expense of a mature emotional and religious one.As an epistolary novel, the book projects an intimate, a vulnerable, and (as much as one can be when talking about one's life and the lives of close friends) an honest voice. Father David Rosario (the novel's narrator) is an earnest man who often overlooks his hypocrisy in favor of demanding that the world address its own. At times, Rosario and Pescador repel with their entitlement, but because we are privy to Rosario's thoughts we can recognize in his mind our insecurities and doubts. In other words, Cedeno attempts to clarify universal human dilemmas by way of setting strange characters in a strange reality; still, these characters are true to human nature: they lust and love, they anger and forgive, they covet and share, and they boast and praise.Despite the profundity of the subject matter, the novel is quite humorous. Pescador's globetrotting exploits are absurd. His friends comprise an ironically named Genius Brigade, who are as recognized and rich in Cedeno's reality as musicians, athletes, and politicians are in our reality. Much of the humor is linked with the disconnect between how beloved these characters are and how childishly they behave. While The Resurrection of Rey Pescador is not a perfect book - there are issues with pacing (the inciting incident takes place nearly 100 pages in) and dialogue (at times clunky and repetitive) - it is an intriguing and promising first novel. As Cedeno continues to write and develop his unique style, I will continue to follow his career.

5 of 5 people found the following review helpful. Amazing and Prolific! By Kristyn Marie This book is an epic story filled with adventure, intrigue, romance, and big questions. It's profound and poetic though, a story and writer for those who love classics that don't always fit the pretty modern molds of contemporary books. Like my favorite movies and novels, this story by Mr. Cedeno leaves questions unanswered in what seems to be an intelligent purposeful effort to spurn the readers imagination. How refreshing to find this kind of writing amidst a sea of fast-paced watered-down fiction. It's got dystopian themes. Everyone has these mechanical hearts. It's got sci-fi, larger-than-life themes. And it's also got a subtle inviting romance.Mostly though, I love the friendship between David Rosario and Rey Pescador, who also happen to be cousins. I love the ups and downs they experience. Times of hate and love, but an underlying mutual respect for each other. The Genius Brigade is so fascinating. The tight-knit group these two are a part of along with one other character. I want to know more about them. I want to know what happens to Sid Cutler, who in my mind represents the devil himself. The book is well-written and the storyline is profound, not for those looking for a quick summer read that is forgotten as soon as another book is picked up. This is a story that will stay with you. Characters you'll want to know more about because you feel like you grow to know them personally as you read. The ending... Perfect. Really can't praise this book enough. Just read it and see for yourselves.

Written in 1877, it is so well done that something scientifically impossible seems quite plausible. French captain Hector Servadac and Russian count Wassili Timascheff have arranged to fight a duel on New Year's Eve at a spot in Algeria. Overnight, the Captain, along with his orderly Ben Zoof, are suddenly hurled to the ground in their home. The following day, they notice the sun is rising in the west and is moving through the sky in the space of a 12-hour day. Gravity has lessened, and a mysterious sea appears, replacing the nearby Chelif River. They also find that the Count has failed to show for the challenge with the Captain. Hector makes an exploration, surveying the new domain, and they find that they are now on an island. Ben Zoof, meanwhile, watches in vain for a ship to pick them up off the island. The Earth is also approaching the sun, for the temperature has risen. Venus, in perilous proximity, nearly managed to smash the earth into bits. The Count now meets up with Servadac, and hostilities are suspended. Captain Hector tours the Mediterranean (the Orderly left to tend to matters on the island) with the Count and his sidekick, Lieutenant Procopius, and six other sailors. On the way, they find some discoveries: St. Louis's Tomb (in Tunis), a fragment of Gibraltar (Spain) after the Captain and Count were sailing east, the residuum of Provence (France), and a speck of Maddelena Island (Italy). They pick up a young girl at Maddelena who is named Nina. They also find 13 English soldiers at Gibraltar who want nothing to do with everyone else. In addition, they recover two cases from the sea talking about the existence of a new asteroid that was presumably blown off the earth and is now called Gallia. Sadly, they found no astronomer to go with the notices. Getting back to the last bit of Algeria, it is discovered a secret of Ben Zoof's: there are now a population of 11 Spaniards and one German Jewish trader, Isaac Hakhabut. (Nobody likes Dutch Isaac much, so there is a hint of anti-Semitism here). The weather is now cold, but the people find a volcano in full eruption and live there. The place is called Terre Chaude (Hot Land), and the winter quarters are called Nina's Hive, in honor of the pretty Italian. At Terre Chaude, they get one last hint of Gallia from the mysterious astronomer, and the Captain and the Lieutenant rush to the astronomer's aid at Formentera (Balearic Archipelago, Spain). The man,99% dead, is taken to Terre Chaude and nursed back to health. To Servadac's surprise, the astronomer, the thirty-sixth and most important Gallian, is none other than Professor Palmyrin Rosette, the Captain's college professor. They never liked each other much. The Professor explains to them that the Earth was grazed by a comet on New Year's Day, and he discovered it,named it Gallia, and they are riding on the back of that very Comet! Much more comes of this, such as the weighing of the Comet, the eruption stopping, the Professor's miscalculations, the Comet exploding, and the Comet's contact with Earth after two years. Undoubtedly this is one of Verne's greatest works, if not the greatest, and definitely deserves to be read much more. But, you can form your opinions too---if you read the book.

5 of 6 people found the following review helpful. One of Verne's best! By Amazon Customer Although not as well known as many of other Verne's novels, this one ranks as one of the best. It is the story of a group of people torn from the Earth by a passing comet, and their story of survival on the comet as it makes one orbit of the sun.

Scoundrels and scams in Norfolk and London By Dharma Scoundrels and Scams in Norfolk and LondonJeanne de la Mesurier is 19 years old, and heiress to a vast fortune. She has left the convent in France where she has lived since her father died, and joined her stepmother in London. Her stepmother is Ena, Princess of Strurm, who is determined to present Jeanne to London society, and to find her a wealthy husband. The Princess, however well born, is a pauper and a scam artist, in league with Major Forrest, a card sharp and bridge hustler.Thinking to earn some ready cash by preying on the young Lord Ronald Engleton, they decamp to an old manor house on the Norfolk coast, owned by Cecil de la Borne, another impecunious ne'er-do-well. The house is owned by Cecil's brother Andrew, a hale and hearty fisherman, graduate of Eton, and lover of nature. The first half of the novel is quite funny. Oppenheim humorously portrays the moral flexibility and social manipulations of the impoverished aristocracy.Oppenheim bought a house on the Norfolk coast after selling his leather business and devoting himself full time to writing. He learned to sail, and in many of his novels, wrote fondly of the people and nature of the Northeast of England.1909

When a major event proved tamer than I supposed, I felt a little ashamed at my modern expectation for prompt violence. Maybe the weakest aspect is the good-guys/bad-guys division among the characters. Although the author did soften that hard edge, he was only partly successful. I say "not just for chicks" because it wasn't sappy and there weren't any swooning women or seduction schemes. More than one romantic couple is involved, but they're not equally wholesome.

Varanasi is the City of Light created by the fiery Hindu god Shiva. So holy it wipes clean the karma of those who surrender to her embrace, Varanasi is also the last known location of Raj—the guru stepfather who abandoned Micah Connerly and his mother at a California commune twenty years ago. Raj taught Micah two things before he left—everything is an illusion and we choose our own illusions. With his life imploding, Micah flees to India to search out Raj and sort through the wreckage. On his way to confront an ashram priest who knows Raj’s whereabouts, Micah helps an injured man—a noble act that imperils Micah’s life. In exchange for medical treatment, Micah volunteers at a hospice where he becomes embroiled in the lives of his fellow volunteers, including the enigmatic Kate, whose broken heart Micah longs to repair. Micah’s ongoing search reawakens the philosophies Raj taught him as a child, even as it puts him on a collision course with calamity. Desperate, Micah appeals to Shiva, a fickle god who might tear your arm off one moment and smother you with blessings the next. Shiva is ever on the lookout for selfless souls to assist, and he’s turned his benevolent eyes toward Micah. Will it be enough?

God in Drag, by Kristine Madera

About the Author Kristine Madera is a speaker, bestselling author and Soul-Centered Business Coach. She sees writing as an opportunity to dive deep and bring to the surface hidden truths, whether through fiction or non-fiction. Writing novels indulges her love of the transformational power of travel. Plunging herself (or her characters) in the unfamiliar illuminates hidden patterns and awakens an appreciation and understanding of the world that is almost impossible when surround by the familiar. She’s traveled through books since she learned how to read. As a child, she loved to pull out a volume of the World Book Encyclopedia, find an exotic locale and imagine what life would be like if she lived there. She had an ongoing fantasy about living in with a caravan of Bedouin nomads, but the closest she got was a camel ride at the edge of the Sahara with a guide who claimed to be Bedouin. Her travels include an eight-month trek through India, Sri Lanka & Nepal, student exchanges in Australia and England, teaching English in Japan, and backpacking in the days before cell phones and the Internet to China, Russia, Latvia, Estonia, Poland and Western Europe. She was also a Peace Corps Volunteer in Papua New Guinea and has traveled backpack-style in the South Pacific.

I really loved the setting and the weaving in of Hinduism, gods and goddesses. I felt such peace and calm in the ending. Lovely novel!

It’s not a new treatment of a well-known and beloved formula. It cannot be described by categories like “romance” or “magic realism”. It’s not “genre fiction of any kind. It’s difficult to classify, but if it has any grandparents in literature, it might be a descendant of “Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance”, in a thoroughly good way. It’s layered. It’s filled with an exoticism that is only partially the result of being set in India. It’s philosophical, and yet it gives itself distance from its introspection by seeing this world through an unabashedly expat lens.It asks the reader to stare into the abyss of fear and depression and yet, it is ultimately redemptive as a young man comes to terms with his own flawed nature and his fractured and abandoned past. It asks the reader to ask themselves how or even if they could come back from their own worst selves.I will admit that the first few chapters drag a bit, and could have benefited from a tighter editing – but ultimately, this is a book worth reading. It has the kind of introspective tumbling-through-time quality that marries western self-critique to eastern parables in a pretty engaging way. It’s also a book you might need to read more than once.

I have to admit that I bought the book because of the name and the cover, and of course to support a friend. The Hindu Pantheon never held much appeal for me but the story made me look at it in a new light. Micah's journey is more than just a journey, it's a pilgrimage, a rite of passage. The story itself is more than just a story, it's an allegory, it prompts us to take a deeper look at life through different lenses. This book is certainly unique in its own way among the many spiritual novels published recently. It can be a light or "heavy" read, depending on how much you like to ponder. A big congratulation to Kristine for her debut novel. I am sure the Sunflower is very pleased !

1 of 1 people found the following review helpful. THE MASTERPIECE WHICH FOUNDED MODERN PHILOSOPHY By Steven H Propp Immanuel Kant (1724-1804) was a German philosopher who is perhaps the founder of "modern" philosophy, with his focus on epistemology (theory of knowledge); he wrote many books, such as Critique of Practical Reason, Critique of Judgement, Prolegomena to Any Future Metaphysics, Religion Within the Limits of Reason Alone, etc. [NOTE: page numbers refer to the 543-page Doubleday Anchor paperback edition.].]He wrote in the Original Preface that he would "undertake anew the most difficult of its duties, namely self-knowledge, and to institute a court of appeal which should protect the just rights of reason, but dismiss all groundless claims, and should do this... according to the eternal and unalterable laws of reason. This court of appeal is none other than the Critique of Pure Reason... I flatter myself that I have thus removed all those errors which have hitherto brought reason, whenever it was unassisted by experience, into conflict with itself... In this work I have chiefly aimed at completeness, and I venture to maintain that there ought not to be one single metaphysical problem that has not been solved here, or to the solution of which the key at least has not been supplied." (Pg. xxiv) He adds in the Preface to the Second Edition, "Hitherto it has been supposed that all our knowledge must conform to the objects... The experiment therefore ought to be made, whether we should not succeed better ... by assuming that the objects must conform to the mode of our cognition, for this would better agree with the demanded possibility of a priori knowledge [e.g., knowledge independent of experience] of them... We have here the same case as with the first thought of Copernicus... If the intuition had to confirm to the constitution of objects, I do not see how we could know anything of it a priori: but if the object ... conforms to the constitution of our faculty of intuition, I can very well conceive such a possibility." (Pg. xxxiii)He explains, "I am not allowed therefore even to ASSUME... God, freedom, and immortality, if I cannot deprive speculative reason of its pretensions to transcendent insights, because reason... must use principles which are intended originally for objects of possible experience only, and which... if they are applied to what cannot be an object of experience, really changes this into a phenomenon, thus rendering all practical extension of pure reason impossible. I had therefore to remove KNOWLEDGE, in order to make room for BELIEF." (Pg. xxxix)He states, "nothing which is seen in space is a thing by itself, nor space a form of things supposed to belong to them by themselves, but that objects by themselves are not known to us at all, and that what we call external objects are nothing but representations of our senses, the form of which is space, and the true correlative of which, that is the thing by itself, is not known, nor can be known by these representations, nor do we care to know anything about it in our daily experience." (First Part, Sec. 4, pg. 28) He adds, "Time therefore is to be considered as real, not so far as it is an object, but so far as it is the representation of myself as an object... Time is nothing but the form of our own internal intuition." (§5, pg. 33)He concludes the First Part, "Here, then, we have one of the requisites for the solution of the general problem of transcendental philosophy, `How are synthetical propositions a priori possible?' namely, pure intuitions a priori, space and time. In them we find, if in a judgment a priori we want to go beyond a given concept, that which can be discovered a priori, not in the concept, but in the intuition corresponding to it, and can be connected with it synthetically. For this very reason, however, such judgments can never go beyond the objects of the senses, but are valid only for objects of possible experience." (Pg. 42-43)After listing "all pure concepts of synthesis" [e.g., of Quantity, Quality, Relation, and Modality; Sec. Three, §10, pg. 62], he admits, "This peculiarity of our understanding of producing unity of apperception a priori by means of the categories only, and again by such and so many, cannot be further explained, any more than why we have these and no other functions of judgment, and why time and space are the only forms of a possible intuition for us." (§21, pg. 85)He explains, "Transcendental Analytic has therefore yielded us this important result, that the understanding a priori can never do more than anticipate the form of a possible experience; and as nothing can be an object of experience except the phenomenon, it follows that the understanding can never go beyond the limits of sensibility, within which alone objects are given to us. Its principles are principles for the exhibition of phenomena only; and the proud name of Ontology... must be replaced by the more modest name of a mere Analytic of the pure understanding." (Ch. III, pg. 193) Later, he asserts, "neither on the one path, the empirical, nor on the other, the transcendental, can reason achieve anything, and that it stretches its wings in vain, if it tries to soar beyond the world of sense by the mere power of speculation." (Ch. III, Sec. Three, pg. 397)Discussing the arguments for the existence of God, he concludes, "Thus the transcendental and the only definite concept which purely speculative reason gives us of God is in the strictest sense DEISTIC; that is, reason does not even supply us with the objective validity of such a concept, but only with the idea of something on which the highest and necessary unity of all empirical reality is founded, and which we cannot represent to ourselves except in analogy with a real substance, being, according to the laws of nature, the cause of all things... This it happens that, if we admit a Divine Being, we have not the slightest conception either of the internal possibility of its supreme perfection, nor of the necessity of its existence, but are able at least thus to satisfy all other questions relating to contingent things, and give the most perfect satisfaction to reason with reference to that highest unity in its empirical application that has to be investigated, but not in reference to that hypothesis itself." (Appendix, pg. 442)He notes, "Hume was probably aware, though he never made it quite clear to himself, that in judgments of a certain kind we pass beyond our concept of the object. I have called this class of judgments `synthetical.' ... Hume was therefore wrong in inferring from the mere contingency of our being determined according to the law of causality, the contingency of that law itself... what always defeats skepticism has happened to Hume also, namely that he himself becomes subject so skepticism, because his objections rest on facts only which are contingent, and not on principles which alone can force a surrender of the right of dogmatical assertion." (II, Sec. III, pg. 492-494He concludes the book by discussing the "Ultimate Aim of Pure Reason": "The whole interest of my reason, whether speculative or practical, is concentrated in the following three questions: 1. What can I know? 2. What should I do? 3. What may I hope?" He adds, "The answer, therefore, of the first of the two questions ... is this, `do that which will render thee deserving of happiness.'" He concludes, "God and a future life are two suppositions which, according to the principles of pure reason, cannot be separated from the obligation which that very reason imposes on us." (Sec. II, pg. 515)This book is literally one of the half-dozen most important and influential of all philosophy. It's difficult, but well worth the effort of struggling through, for any serious student of philosophy.

1 of 1 people found the following review helpful. this volume has the worst production value I have ever seen By George A. Levine This edition is so atrocious that I must warn potential buyers not to get it. I chose it because i wanted a hardcover edition of the Muller translation. However, this volume has the worst production value I have ever seen. It looks like they just downloaded a free copy of the PDF from Internet Archive, printed it on cheap paper, and bound it together. The text even has someones old underlining and margin notes. This is a shameful and irresponsible production which I am tempted to return.

Lucy was being backed in a corner, fighting to protect her children in a dark side of Dorchester in what used to be a beautiful side of Boston, Massachusetts. With the sudden death of her husband, she was left alone, except for her faithful German shepherds, ready to die for her kids. Her fight for survival started in a rapidly changing neighborhood with nowhere to go. No money and no education made that alone a very hard challenge. Lucy's strength and courage and an enormous amount of love for her ten children made her careen into a different person. The threats of harm to her children brought her to levels of anger she never she never knew she possessed. Lucy would do whatever it took to protect her children and bring them to safety. Lucy's heart ached watching even the youngest of her children having to fight for their lives. It was a wild time a, crazy time it the late 1960s and early 70s. The change in their area was sudden, a new scary world. Things that were happening frightened her to her core. She had to be strong even when scared to death but would not let the children know. An inspiring read you won't want to put down By Michelle Lyons Dorchester’s Lucy, by Nat Montgomery, is a new book recently published by Tate Publishing September 15, 2015. This biographical memoir is more than simply a moving tribute to the author’s loving and tenacious mother, Lucy. Cast along the evolving backdrop of the streets of Dorchester as the 1960s welcomed in the 1970s, this family’s understanding of unconditional love, despite being weathered by grief and loss, leaves the reader feeling touched and inspired. The book chronicles the life of Lucy, an intelligent, hard-working, selfless woman who prides herself on her role as a wife and mother. Her husband, Monty, is a solider in the navy who is grappling with the effects of what was then known as “battle fatigue.” They have a fairytale meeting and romance that gives a story like The Notebook a run for its money. Lucy tries earnestly to find ways to support her husband as he attempts to adjust in and out of civilian life. They have ten children together, and value family above all else. But when life takes a few unexpected turns, Lucy learns sometimes we don’t know how strong we are until being strong is the only choice we truly have. The book is an easy read that you won’t want to put down. The author tells Lucy’s story in such a way that you will feel like you are her friend, listening to her recount the stories of her life over coffee. Her stories will make you laugh, sometimes break your heart, but always leave you inspired as you watch her somehow navigate each twist and turn stronger than before.

This is a cutting-edge critical analysis of the trope of miscegenation and its biopolitical implications in contemporary Palestinian and Israeli literature, poetry, and discourse.

So happy to have a e-version of this book. As you read about Meg, Jo, Beth, and Amy- and of course Teddy- you can't help but smile, laugh, and cry. This is great. Thank you.
